Hormone helper muffins

Maca root is an ancient Peruvian superfood, known for its ability to support hormone balance, especially during menopause or PMS. It can also help give your libido a little boost. Thank me later ;)
Ingredients
300 g ( 3 cups) almond meal
2 teaspoons gluten-free baking powder or ½ teaspoon baking soda
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp maca powder
3 organic eggs
60 ml (¼ cup) cold pressed extra virgin oil
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoons raw honey, organic maple syrup
1 ripe banana
200 g fresh or frozen blueberries
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C
whisk the eggs, oil, cinnamon, maca powder, mashed banana and honey to form a batter.
stir in the almond meal, baking powder and apple cider vinegar
fold in the blueberries
divide into muffin tins
Bake for 30–40 minutes until cooked through
